I chatted with the staff several times over email for weeks before my trip. I am an over-planner and asked many mundane questions about what we needed to bring and how to check out (what to do with used towels). The staff was very helpful and patient.

I have always stayed in hotels when traveling but wanted to try something different. The price for the cabin was about the same as staying in a motel in Helen, so I booked the cabin. I am so glad that I did. It is about 5 to 10 minutes from Helen and Cleveland. It is close enough to go out, but out of the way and quiet. I stayed at the Bella Vista 2 and got to watch the sunrise from the bedroom. It was so relaxing and quiet to sit outside. I already want to go back.

My husband and I both enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. It was very clean, the hot tub was perfect after long days of sightseeing, and the view was simply amazing. You could look out from the kitchen straight through the bedroom and see the mountain. At night you could look up and see the stars. Everything about this property met all of our expectations. Due to Covid, we could not have our normal vacation my husband and I took every year. This ended up to be just what we needed at this time - a safe, clean, pleasant, beautiful, peaceful, and accommodating place to spend time with my husband. We loved everything about this property - the location - the amenities, cleanliness, the views from all the windows, the kitchen (we cook a lot), the firepit and especially the deck!
The communication to/from the property managers was excellent. Especially when adding a firewood delivery at the last minute.
Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again without hesitation!

We had an amazing time! The view is beautiful. The cabin was very clean and well kept. I enjoyed walking into the soft music playing, it's makes you feel like your at home. Everything worked great in the cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub and jucuzzi. Thanks for putting a sign at the end of the driveway with the property name. That helped alot because you can easily pass it. We can't wait to return. Pinnacle is great!!
